Salsa Verde

A 2-step salsa that is very simple to make but will impress everyone for its unique flavour. Make sure you get some fresh tomatillos if you can.

g
fresh tomatillos
substitute with a tin of tomatillos of 750 g
1
coriander bunch
1/2
white onion
2
garlic cloves
4
jalapeños
substitute with green chillies
salt to taste
olive oil
Instructions
Wash the coriander, jalapeños, tomatillos. If using tin tomatillos drain them and wash them.
In a blender add the tomatillos first followed by the rest of the ingredients. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Blend until smooth
